His arts practice uses the medium of photography to interrogate evolving maps of meaning, inherent in a new media landscape and techno modernity.

He juxtaposes the often ‘representative’ work inherent in photographic medium with an intentional intervention, such as the deconstructions of topographical maps to recreate renditions of imagined landscapes, subverting mapping algorithms to re-represent topography, or works using electronic media that combine layers of motion and still images of family members as a response to the temporal transition toward the postmodern techno/information age. His work relates to questions of epistemology within contemporary media and the logos of the postmodern condition.
